I LOVE Balmain, and I LOVE Olivier Rousteing, so despite being TIRED from the Strength of a Woman Fest in Atlanta, then appearing on E! Daily Pop in LA, I rallied and went to a Balmain Madison Avenue Store Event:
Since Marlo Hampton was kind enough to shout me out on Real Housewives, I returned the love by patronizing her showroom, Le Archive, wear I plucked a Balmain x Barbie look for the night.
Olivier said I looked fabulous–and I certainly felt that way!
After twirling at the store, I stopped by Nordstrom to celebrate Fern Mallis’s Fashion Icons 2 Event:
Fern Mallis created New York Fashion Week! But despite her icon status, she is tremendously down to earth and kind. She continues her legacy by having conversations with fashionable influencers at the 92nd Street Y, and turned her series into a book, available at Nordstrom.
At the event, I said hey to Ty Hunter, Bevy Smith, Marjorie Gubelmann, and more!
Then Bevy, Ty, and I went to Brooklyn Chophouse and called it a night!
Here’s to living the life you imagined, on your terms.
And showing up (and out) from Coast to Coast! I’m gonna take a nap!
